Bélanger Beauchemin Morency, architects & urban planners, was founded in 1955 under the name of St-Gelais Tremblay and has been active in Québec City since 1965.
It today has three partners – Jacques Bélanger, Patrice Beauchemin, and Rémi Morency – and a seasoned team of 18 employees who combine quality expertise with authenticity, creativity, and sensitivity, as well as organization and efficiency.
